LEAF – SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION FROM THE INSIDE

School transformation from the inside is a 15-month mentoring-coaching program aimed at building collegial support in schools. The aim is to increase the education quality, improve the school climate, increase activities and internal motivation of teachers and also students. The involved group (at least 25% of teachers + school management) forms one team and at the same time respects the needs of the individual.

Developing Pedagogical Skills

Although our pupils were enjoying the spring holidays, our teachers developed their pedagogical skills during the LEAF mentoring-coaching program "SCHOOL TRANSFORMATION FROM THE INSIDE ". The first hours of lectures within this program are successfully done.

We believe that it is important to pay attention to the continuous improvement of communication with our children and to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the classroom.
