Tuition

The tuition fee includes lessons during school time with direct educational activities according to timetable.

The school fee for one school year valid from March 1st, 2024 is:

• Year 1 – 4: 370 € / month paid for 12 months
• Year 5 – 9: 390 € / month paid for 12 months

The school grants a discount for siblings, who are simultaneously attending BESST schools, from the annual tuition fee for the child who has the lower tuition fee:

• second child – 25 % from school fee
• third and every other child – 50 % from school fee

The tuition is covered based on a Contract between the school and parents about providing education.

Payments are due to:

1. installment (09 – 12): due date 15.09.
2. installment (01 – 04): due date 15.01.
3. installment (05 – 08): due date 15.05.

Registration fee

The registration fee of 150 € is unrefundable. Parents are bound to pay this fee to the school ban€ccount at latest 14 days after signing the contract. Registration fee is payed one time, before beginning the studies at whichever school established by BESST, s.r.o. During further studies the registration fee is not required.

Foreign text books

The the flat fee for foreign and above standard text books, that pupils receive every year, is 95 € for 1 school year. Parents are bound to pay this fee until 15.9. of particular school year.

The fee includes following:

• books and text books from subjects as per Cambridge Curriculum
• the fee includes extra textbooks and workbooks other than those covered by the Ministry of Education
• iPad allowance - given by the school one per studies duration
• other stationery and materials

School Club

Pupils can attent after school club, during which there are many after school activities from 2:35pm – 5pm.

Fees for School Club:

• whole week: 95 € / month
• 1 day a week: 20 € / month
• 5pm – 6pm: 5 € / month
• after 6pm: 20 € / hour

School club fees are as follows: in three installments for three periods during school year. Payments are calculated individually according to pupil´s registration.

1. instalment (09 – 12): monthly payment x 4 (number of months in payment period) – due to 15.10.
2. instalment (01 – 04): monthly payment x 4 (number of months in payment period) – due to 15.01.
3. instalment (05 – 06): monthly payement x 2 (number of months in payment period) – due to 15.05.

The payment for School Club is covered upon binding application that needs to be signed by the parents.

School Club includes several clubs that are charged. List of activities can be found in section Clubs

Food service

Every pupil can attent to the following food service:

Year 1-4

• mid-morning snack: 0,50 € / day
• afternoon snack: 0,50 € / day
• lunch: 2,40 € / day
• fresh pressed fruit juice: 0,50 € / day

Year 5-9

• mid-morning snack: 0,60 € / day
• afternoon snack: 0,60 € / day
• lunch: 2,60 € / day
• fresh pressed fruit juice: 0,50 € / day

Monthly the school counts with 20 days of food service that is pre-payed.

Food service payments are covered in three instalements for three periods. Parents calculate the amount according to which food service their child attentds as follows:

Year 1-4

1. 1st period (09-12): [20x2,40 (lunch) + 20x0,50 (morning snack) + 20x0,50 (afternoon snack) + 20x0,50 (fruit juice)] x 4 (number of months) = 312 € due by 15.09.

2. 2nd period (01-04): [20x2,40 (lunch) + 20x0,50 (morning snack) + 20x0,50 (afternoon snack) + 20x0,50 (fruit juice)] x 4 (number of months) = 312 € due by 15.01.

3. 3rd period (05-08): [20x2,40 (lunch) + 20x0,50 (morning snack) + 20x0,50 (afternoon snack) + 20x0,50 (fruit juice)] x 2 (number of months) = 156 € due by 15.05.

Year 5-9

1. 1st period (09-12): [20x2,60 (lunch) + 20x0,60 (morning snack) + 20x0,60 (afternoon snack) + 20x0,50 (fruit juice)] x 4 (number of months) = 344 € due by 15.09.

2. 2nd period (01-04): [20x2,60 (lunch) + 20x0,60 (morning snack) + 20x0,60 (afternoon snack) + 20x0,50 (fruit juice)] x 4 (number of months) = 344 € due by 15.01.

3. 3rd period (05-08): [20x2,60 (lunch) + 20x0,60 (morning snack) + 20x0,60 (afternoon snack) + 20x0,50 (fruit juice)] x 2 (number of months) = 172 € due by 15.05.

Food service payment is coverd based on an application.

Uniforms

Pupils are obliged to wear uniforms to school consisting of:

• T-shirt short sleeve - 11 €
• T-shirt short sleeve with 3D logo - 15 €
• T-shirt long sleeve - 19 €
• Hoody with a zip - blue - 22 €
• Flees jumper - green - 25 €
• Knitted jumper - green - 25 €
• Knitted sweater - green - 30 €
• Knitted vest - green - 25 €
• Tie - green - 10 €
• Pin - 2 €

The purchase of uniforms takes place at the school´s reception between 7.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Cash payment or with card.
