micro:bit - Project enter
WE ARE A DIGITAL GENERATION
Digititalization is a part of today's society, which is why we are educating our students to acquire the skills needed for the 21st century. One of the effective ways to playfully and interactively deepen their programming skills are MICRO:BITS - microcomputers, the use of which is also suitable for the Primary school.
What projects are our pupils involved in?
Our Year 4 pupils who are working hard on the "pedometer" project prove it. They help each other and strive for a successful result. They also try different variations such as resetting the counter or adding multiple steps in one count.
Year 5 pupils are focused on a project in which they find out how the current number of people in a room can be calculated using a micro:bit. They started with simpler programs, where they added and subtract people by pressing buttons, to a more comprehensive use of various conditional statements and other options.
Year 6-8 pupils are fully starting with the project this December.
We have many challenges ahead of us and a lot of motivation!
