A week of fun and new knowledge opened the historical park in Štefanová. The children had the opportunity to see and experience how life was lived in the olden times, whether as warriors or ordinary people on the farm.
The next day we took shelter from the rain in the well-preserved castle of Červený kameň, which enchanted us with its splendid furniture, furnishings and weapons from the Renaissance period.
The next day we went to visit the museum and open-air museum in Nitra, the children also had the opportunity to personally look into the historic agricultural machinery, vehicles, aircraft, as well as the first school classroom or shop.
On the penultimate day of our camp we were transported to 13th century Hrušov Castle, where treasure is said to be buried. During the camp we also played many social or movement games and creative activities such as painting on stones, the children created their own labyrinths, drew their castle or stepped into the role of fashion designers. We finished the camp with a visit to the cinema, the fairy tale Lilo and Stich.
