OUR YEAR 8 STUDENTS EXPLORED THE WORLD OF SCIENCE IN POLAND
In September, three of our Year 8 students, accompanied by their teacher Ľuboš Gregor, took part in an Erasmus+ mobility as part of the Unlocking Pathways to STEM Careers project in Kraśnik, Poland.
Together with students from Poland, Italy and Turkey, they participated in robotics workshops, programmed LEGO robots, conducted experiments in a chemistry laboratory and visited Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. The programme also included exploring Polish culture, visiting historic towns and enjoying outdoor activities together.
The experience combined science, technology and international collaboration with new experiences and friendships.
In mid-November, we will welcome students from our partner countries to BESST.
